Internship
I did my internship at a company named IRC Inoac Polyurethane Division. There I learned to apply my knowledge.
Programmer
Right after I graduated, I started working for PT. Dipasena Citra Darmaja: Programmer.
I developed a Payroll, HR System, and Logistic System.
System Analyst
In the third year, I was transferred to PT. Wachyuni Mandira. This is part of the Gajah Tunggal Group. In this company, I was promoted to become a System Analyst. The main task to create Functional Design, Flowchart, Test Scenario, Database scheme in which programmers are able to execute coding.
IT Supervisor
In 2003, I moved to PT. Wirakencana Adiperdana as IT Supervisor. In this company, I learned about the Accounting System, mail servers, network, and all IT infrastructures. The company was acquired by PT. Sorini Agro Asia Corporindo Tbk in 2010 and the Accounting System was migrated to Syteline.
System Analyst and Developer
Starting from 2011 until 2014, I focused on maintaining Syteline as System Analyst and Developer at PT. Sorini Agro Asia Corporindo Tbk. For large projects, we were assisted by PT. Mitrasolusi Binadaya [http://www.ptmb.com/].
I also created a Weighbridge System and SMS Gateway with Visual Basic, which was integrated into Syteline.
SAP Coordinator
Acted as SAP Coordinator for SAP Implementation in 2015. Worked closely with the big team to coordinate from Pre-assessment to Go-Live. Here also prepared data migration from Syteline to SAP. Parallel, when it was also asked to create a Weighbridge Software that was integrated with SAP.
In the first semester of 2016, I supported the app like how to use the app, capturing SAP incidents reported by end-users and managing user accounts.
Application Support Analyst
After the SAP project was completed, I applied to become an Application Support Analyst. Jun 2016 to Apr 2017, I work as a member of a team to maintain software under Manufacturing IT (MIT) in the APAC region. On a daily basis, I was responsible for taking ownership of trouble tickets, interacting with the end-user to isolate the true nature of the program, and bringing both internal and third-party vendor assets to bear as required to resolve the problem.
Technical Analyst
When the company decided to restructure in Apr 2017, the position of Application Support Analyst was gone and I joined the new structure as Technical Analyst.
Engineer
Working as an Engineer and assigned to Cargill.
IT Development Lead
In Mar 2022, I moved to Power Commerce Asia as IT Development Lead.
